		<description>I think a lot of educators and especially IT administrators have an attitude towards learning technology that says, &quot;If we build it, they will come.&quot;  The reality is more along the lines of, &quot;If we build it, they will ignore it, and probably be annoyed at us for putting it in the way of what they REALLY want to be doing.&quot;

Of course, if we build it and then tie it to relevant objectives and tasks, there can be value.</description>
